If you’re thinking about buying a property in Italy, you’ve come to the right place!

We offer a very personal service to clients who are looking to buy something special in this wonderful country, but who don’t have the time to do all the searching themselves.

Our service is designed from the outset to find that perfect country farmhouse, historic townhouse, apartment, or even castle for you, whilst making sure that the whole process is exactly what it should be – fun and stress free.

We are not an estate agency, and we have no formal ties with any particular agency or property company in Italy. We are a wholly independent husband and wife team (Manuela is Italian and Martin is English) based in both London and Rome, who are passionate about Italy, and who bought a country farmhouse in Central Italy some years ago.

Having had first hand experience of the difficulties involved in managing a property purchase from a distance, we realised that by far the most time-consuming, and sometimes frustrating, part of the process was searching through the hundreds and hundreds of available properties in order to find the few that really matched our requirements.

We felt that a service which could do exactly that, provide clients with a carefully selected shortlist of suitable properties, and then help them through every stage of the purchase, would be a valuable resource.
